1. This is a rated R game ,You must be 18 years or older to play. This game contains adult content such as cursing,drug use,drug cultivation ,alcohol consumption,violence,sexual behaviour,flirting ,explicit sexual acts ,a shit ton more violence and mafia related behaviour. This is NOT intended for the weak nor those that can't handle a mafia based fantasy world.If you are easily offended by any of the afore mentioned acts then this is not the game for you. If you are down for a good time some good laughs and an escape from the real world in our world of Empire Warzone then you've come to the right place.

2. You are only allowed to have ONE account. If anyone plays TWO or more accounts, this will result in ban of all accounts involved. This is called Multi-Accounting and is not tolerated.

A. If you have a spouse, boyfriend, sibling or adult child who wishes to play and will be using the same devices or IP contact a Staff member BEFORE the second account is created to get the ok. Failure to do so may result in both accounts being frozen until you contact a Staff member and have a discussion.

B. We understand and support that sometimes family members like to play the same games and might use the same devices and locations. Accounts on the same location under the same IP may help one another it is why spouses and family play together BUT (and it's a big BUT ..not to be confused with a Big Butt), there will be NO padding one account from another. This means one account may not be played just for dailies, point, cash or item farming and the farmed cash, points and items be sent to the other account to further that account. BOTH accounts must be played if you wish to play together. You CAN help one another but if you wish to send a very large amount of credits, points or cash to your spouse, boyfriend, sibling or other family member , be sure you contact a Staff member to give them a heads up. You may create a gang or join the same gang as well. Failure to follow this standard will result in both accounts being banned. ---This DOES NOT pertain to accounts other than the afore mentioned.---

C. If you are visiting friends and family in other locations, you may be logging in from their location or IP. If you are traveling and might be sharing an IP for a short time just give Staff a shout ahead of time so the appropriate notes may be made. It Just makes things more organized so mistakes don't happen.

3. You may not enter any other accounts, be it a friend, roommate or family member. Additionally you may not have non-players enter an account for any reason, even if requested by the account owner. If anyone asks you to do it point them to this TOS page. This is also true for our Discord Channel if someone logs into your account there you could be punished for their actions.

4. All account ownership swaps or sales must have the approval of the Owners of Empire Warzone.The Buyer and Seller must both understand this transaction is between the two of you and the game has no liability if your agreement goes south. Once the transaction has been made privately between the two parties, the Buyer and Seller will contact NUKER [1] to begin the process of making the swap of accounts. The buyer will move out of their old account and await instruction from NUKER [1]. The seller, if they are making a new account will proceed to do so once given the green light. Nothing will be transferred to the sellers newly created account. The sale terms are for everything in the account being bought. NO exceptions. Please do not circumvent this term by any means. If you do your account may be frozen or banned by the owners discression. After the transfer and newly created account are finished, staff will make their notes on the accounts so everything stays up to date and avoids any confusion.

5. Swearing of course, is permitted and may become excessive,after all this is a Rated R game. This game is for mature audiences but there are a few things we will need to be clear on both in-game and the Discord Channel. Excessive sexual vulgarities like the act of cybersex or sexting in any of the public areas of the game (forums, criminal chat, discord, gang mail), solicitation of cybersex or sexting in Public areas of the game. Now we are down for some raunchy fun from time to time in the public areas. THIS we're not bothered by. We're all adults and know where the line is between all in fun and games and crossing into sexual harassment. Again, we are all Adults and as long as you keep the extremely graphic sexual innuendo private there will be no problems. The only Forbidden sexual aspects are the act of raping another player or discussing it as such and trying to coerce someone who is not interested even if they have participated in the past. No means No!!! ALWAYS respect that.

A.Subjects that are highly charged such as religion and politics while not a great conversation starter in most cases are not against this TOS. IF though these topics spiral into a hate filled rant or spark any type abuse bigetry or racism over any ones views, we WILL interject and shut down the conversation. We are all adults and should conduct ourselves that way with these topics. A "cooling down" moment may be enforced which will be at staffs discretion depending on the severity of the abuse.

B.Racial slurs and other disparaging remarks towards a specific race/gender/group/ethnicity will not be tolerated ANYWHERE in the game. Period!!! This includes private mails and chat and our Discord channels. We are not kidding! We do not care if you meant as a joke. We do not care if you are from that race/gender/group/ethnicity in real life. We do not care if you are using as an abbreviated term. We do not care if you are not using it in THAT way. Do not mention it,Just don't. It's not tolerated,it's not wanted in any way, shape or form in our game and in our world.

C.If any of the above happens to you, report it immediately. If its a game mail hit the report button. If its elsewhere, file a player report through the Support Desk. These actions will not be tolerated. All claims will be taken seriously and will go through a thorough investigation by staff. The Punishments will be handed out by a case by case basis and will be at the discretion of the staff and owners according to the severity of the abuse. Treat each other with respect, yes we can disagree and fight but respect each other and none of this will be an issue.

6.Flooding/spamming is so 2000' and it's still annoying and not needed anywhere. We know sometimes your net has a hiccup and shit happens. Let's just stay aware of it and keep it in check. If you do decide to go on a terror and flood or spam the game or Discord, staff will deal with you at their discretion. Let's not let it get to that point.

7. Sharing personal information is up to the individual(s) involved. This is up to you, the player and the trust you have established with others. We won't tell you that you can or can't do this. However, Empire Warzone, TwoOldFarts and the staff will not be liable or held responsible for your personal decision as to whether or not you share any personal information.

8. Using game-enhancing programs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes the following; any form of Macro plugins,Browser plugins, Browser add-ons, Browser extensions and Browser enhancements( It doesn't matter what browser it is don't use their enhancements on our game), speed dial folders ,Bookmarking, any form of auto-clicker programs, any form of re-loader plug-ins and a programmable mouse. The use of these programs set the abusing players at an unfair advantage over those who are playing the way the game is mean to be played, and the infraction will not be tolerated. Players caught using one or more of these banned programs, plugins, add-ons, extensions or techniques will be banned. There is no need for any of this on our game. Our game is easy enough to level, do missions, train and aquire game cash, points and items without any shortcuts. Play our game the way it's meant to be played and you'll find it's a fun, enticing, enjoyable and sometimes bust a gut funny game as is.Play Fair.

If you are suspected of using one of the afore mentioned enhancements or techniques expect an in-depth investigation by staff and owners. If you are found using one of these you will be banned. The length depends on the severity of the infraction and will be at the discretion of the owners and staff. In pure and simple terms, don't use anything that will give you an unfair advantage ,it's not needed or wanted in any way on our game.

9. Multi-Tabbing. Something we all do on a daily basis to keep up with all our multi-tasking. On our game though multi-tabbing is limited to 2 open tabs. Why only 2 tabs you ask? To keep our game as lag free as we possibly can we need to limit the amount of tabs used by players. Please work with us on the multi-tabbing and we'll all have less lag to deal with and a more fluid game play for the community as a whole.
